Junior DHA & EPA provides a good source of the omega-3 essential fatty acids EPA and DHA
Docohexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are long chain fatty acids essential to health and are particularly important for the brain
Both DHA & EPA are utilised in sending and receiving messages in the brain
