IronTONIC helps fulfil your daily requirement for iron and contains iron in bivalent form. This is absorbed readily by the human body, especially when taken in combination with vitamin C. The B vitamins contained in IronTONIC enhance the effects of iron.

Ingredients
Beetroot juice from concentrate (20%), cherry juice concentrate, grape juice concentrate, apple juice concentrate (19%), water, fructose, extract from:
rosemary, sour orange, melissa, gentian, yarrow, nettle; Vitamin C, Iron ll gluconate, thickening agent: guar seed flour, carob seed flour and pectin; natural flavour, niacin, pantothenic acid, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12
Recommended dosage
Adults: 10 ml 1-2 times daily
Children: (4-12years): 5ml 1-2 times daily
Measuring spoon included.
Shake well before use.
Refrigerate after opening: Use within 4 weeks of opening.
