Flavonoids are potent natural antioxidants that help quench free radical activity
One scoop (5 grams) mixed into water or juice taken daily with food, or as professionally directed.
May be contraindicated with Aspirin.
Do not exceed 1 gram daily if taking the contraceptive pill unless professionally directed
Not suitable for diabetics
Long term intake of amounts greater than 4mg of Manganese daily may lead to muscle pain and fatigue
